GOTCHA DAY!

We have our CHARLIE! He is AMAZING!!!

We were sitting in the Civil Affairs office and he walked through the door and ran straight to us! He was literally running and smiling at us. It was unbelievable! He stayed right with us and loved on us. His primary nanny said that he has been very happy about his family and has been ready for us to come get him. When we left the office, he grabbed Greg's hand and pulled him out the door, waving, blowing kisses and telling his nanny, "Zigh jian! (See you again!)" He was ready to leave!

He walks around saying "Ni Hao!", while shaking hands with all the ladies. I'm afraid he may be a politician one day.

He has only cried one time, but we found that food makes everything better for him.

He loves playing football and hitting Greg. He LOVES me to tell him "No!". He just laughs at me and does it anyway.

He has been busy trying to figure out our computer and cameras.

He is so busy, so I know he will give the girls a run for their money!

We have been so richly blessed. Charlie is a true delight!

The one on the left was Charlie's main nanny, and the on in red is over all of the children.

We have survived the first bath, but boy was it traumatic! He screamed and cried the whole time. He kept trying to climb out of the tub, but somehow we all managed to survive.

I think he may be a bit of a hoarder. He will not let anyone touch his toys or any of his things. He keeps them in a pile in the corner. I believe this is due to being in the orphanage and not having anything.

He really loves food! I mean, REALLY LOVES FOOD!! He ate and ate. His belly looks like it may pop! We gave him a bite of a donut and he threw his hands in the air like he was praising God! He is full of personality (and food). He is SO wonderful!!
